Before the Scream Breaks explores the fragile tension between silence and emotional collapse.
The violin — traditionally a symbol of harmony and beauty — appears worn, restless, almost wounded beneath layers of thick oil paint and raw texture. The glass beside it quietly suggests presence, ritual, or aftermath, while the dark atmosphere holds a sense of anticipation suspended in time.
Through expressive brushwork and impasto, the piece transforms a familiar object into something psychological: a body carrying memory, pressure, and unresolved sound.
The work exists in the moment just before rupture — before emotion can no longer remain contained.
A one-of-a-kind painting, created to be felt as much as seen.
